That is exactly what Dr. Virginia Richardson has done for over two decades, as an entrepreneur, educator, futurist, and Board Certified Coach (BCC).
Warm, visionary, and highly experienced, Dr. Richardson brings a unique blend of strategic foresight, life and business coaching, and leadership development to her work with professionals, organizations, and educational institutions.
From a young age, Dr. Virginia Richardson was immersed in the spirit of entrepreneurism. Some of her fondest memories are visits to her grandparents’ home and business, where the heartbeat of their antique restoration business filled the air. Each visit became a celebration of their latest finds, with newly refinished heirlooms, often destined for museums, proudly displayed as if they were family treasures.
Her grandmother shared her business savvy with effortless confidence. “Anyone can have a business if they set their mind to it,” she would say. “It's no big deal, you just have to spot what people will want before they even know they want it.” Her words were not just advice, they were a philosophy. Without realizing it, Dr. Richardson was learning to think like an entrepreneur with a confident, customer first mindset. That early foundation continues to shape the way she coaches, consults, and teaches others to build meaningful businesses today.

Her coaching programs focus on coach training and skill development and do not issue professional certification. The on-demand courses and coach training programs are specifically designed to acquire the training and skills needed to become a professional coach.
