Dr. Virginia Richardson, DSL, MBA, BCC, is a Board-Certified Coach, futurist, educator, curriculum designer, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in leadership development, coaching, and instructional design. She is the Founder of The Foresight Center and serves as Director of the Coaching Business Center, where she develops high-impact coach training programs that integrate strategic foresight with real-world leadership and business acumen.

Dr. Richardson holds advanced degrees in Strategic Leadership, Business Administration, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She chairs doctoral concentrations in coaching, healthcare leadership, and foresight, and holds specialty coaching designations from the Center for Credentialing and Education. A dynamic speaker and facilitator, she is deeply committed to helping emerging coaches and seasoned professionals alike navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and create meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
